| Evolution of FOOMA JAPAN (International Food Machinery & Technology Exhibition) in terms of size (1996 - 2005) |
| Many voiced their desire to put more efforts in PR at FOOMA JAPAN, and each company proceeded to expand the number of booth and its size. Because of full application status, although the number of exhibitors decreased from the last FOOMA, the total number of booths hit the 2,500 mark for the first time in the history of the exhibition. |

| The display setup was that befitting a comprehensive exhibition. Focusing on food manufacturing/processing machinery equipment, various technology/product/services from the entire manufacturing process industry, including pre-treatment to post-process procedures, were exhibited. In particular, exhibits of the “engineering/production control systems category” that covers traceability, and the “Environmental protection, Conservation & Recycling category” that handles food recycling machineries, have increased. The total balance of the structure of the exhibit was timely and successful. |
