| Cancellation |
Once the application is accepted, no withdrawal is accepted according to the general rules.
If the Organizer deems it legitimate, however, applications may be withdrawn with the following charges.

| On or before Jan. 31, 2006 >> 70% of total amount |

| Precautions on the presentation within the booth |
In recent years, the numbers of cases in which the visitors milling around a presentation outside the company booth or in the path near the booth have risen substantially with the
diversification of the PR method for the exhibits.
As such cases would lead to claims and problems from nearby exhibitors, be sure to give due consideration from the preparation stage prior to the opening of the exhibition by creating a set-up to speak to visitors inside the company booth and get the visitors to stay within the booth.
Concerning presentations using a microphone and the volume of BGM, you may be requested to change how your audio equipment is installed or adjust the time for the presentation with neighboring exhibitors. |
