Aram's MP Foods is a new foreign object contamination prevention product that revolutionizes conventional rubber and plastic products.
Traditional rubber and plastic products, even when damaged and mixed as foreign objects, could not be detected by metal detectors or similar equipment.
If such foreign objects were accidentally mixed in during shipping and distribution, and their presence was later discovered, the products would need to be recalled. This would result in enormous recall costs.
Using MP Foods ensures that even if damaged, the foreign object will trigger a reaction in metal detectors, X-ray foreign object detectors, or magnetic separators. This minimizes the risk of shipping products with foreign objects mixed in.
Being able to identify foreign objects before product shipment not only reduces risk but also leads to savings in recall and disposal costs.
